Each month the talented team at The Marke Bar feature a special cocktail for you to enjoy.

This month’s cocktail is the Peach Daiquiri

Indulge in the vibrant flavours with our Cocktail of the Month: Peach Daiquiri. This refreshing blend of ripe peaches, zesty lime, and smooth rum is the perfect balance of sweetness and tang, served chilled to perfection. Sip and savour the essence of the season at The Marke Bar.

This cocktail is a treat on its own, especially on a Friday afternoon when you are winding down from the week, or a great match for bar snacks from The Marke Bar menu.

Available in The Marke Bar 4pm – 11pm Monday until Saturday and 5pm - 11pm on Sunday throughout September.

The Marke Bar is located on the ground floor of the Novotel Sydney International Airport in Wolli Creek and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

At The Marke Bar you’ll enjoy an extensive drinks menu featuring local and international beer, wine, spirits, and handcrafted cocktails.

The regular cocktail menu available at The Marke Bar features new twists on classic cocktail favourites such as the Lemon Myrtle Margarita, Coconut Daiquiri, and the Sea Side Gin Smash.

If you prefer your drinks alcohol-free, you’ll love our non-alcoholic cocktails: Tropical Punch featuring flavours of pineapple, raspberry, lime, orange, and mint; and the Frozen Apple Mojito featuring flavours of lime, green apple, and mint.
